This large,1929 Oak Bay home has such great bones and was a delight to design. There were many rooms that I updated and finished with placement of art, paint, custom drapery and new furniture. The family has five children and their homework/playroom had one small door at one end of the room and wasn’t inviting. We closed up the original door and centered french doors from the hallway to make a better use of the space and be more welcoming to the children. The gracious stairwell was lightened up with paint. The exterior got all new furniture and a lattice structure was built at one end of the garden as a focal point to the fire bowl seating area. The garage was updated with all new flooring, gym equipment and storage solutions.
